If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the material on the Service that you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as URLs) for us to locate it;
- your contact information (address, telephone number, email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
2. Designated Agent

Notices that do not substantially comply with the DMCA may not be actionable. False or misrepresented claims may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
3. Our Response
On receipt of a complying notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it. We may also terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and telephone number; and
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action against you first.
5. Repeat-Infringer Policy
We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
